Cash is preferred. Why? Because it helps keep costs down for everyone, making your purchase more affordable. The high fees associated with credit card terminals and the credit card companies make it virtually impossible for a small studio like mine to offer credit card services. I continue to investigate this area of payment for my customers so that I can offer this service in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
Special orders require one third down of the total price before work begins. This is a non-refundable deposit that covers the creation of your design and my time to create the design. Second third is due on approval of layout, with the final payment due on receipt of your product. Please ask for a copy of our special order instructions when you visit.
When considering a custom made glass piece, please allow 4-6 weeks for your project to be completed. For holiday and special event orders, allow a little more time. I have no elves working with me...
